Challenge

When Jeff the owner of Pop-A-Lock came to us, his corporate website that was provided to him from his franchisor had a number of issues that were preventing it from succeeding. The design was dated and had a generic feel to it. It wasn’t obvious what services he provided. There was also no indication of what areas his mobile services covered, and there were no calls-to-action to prompt the visitor to contact them. Search engine optimization was not an option with their old website either, because it lacked any substantive content, and what little content it did have was in an image format, which is unreadable to the search engines. A redesign was definitely in order.

Results

Our new design was a fully custom design, created around their brand to make the website synergistic with the rest of their marketing material. We incorporated calls-to-action like a prominently placed phone number and an “online appointment” contact form to encourage visitors to contact them.

The website also incorporates custom videos that make it much more interactive for the visitors and provide added credibility to make them stand out from other competitors. The new website is not just an attractive design, but also an informational resource. Additionally we created a mobile site for the business that made it much easier to navigate and to contact them when users visit the website through their mobile phones.

The website was also programmed with search engine optimization in mind. We began the optimization process immediately after completing the website. We optimized their site for all their services for a number of local geographic locations. Once the optimization was complete, we submitted their website by to the major search engines and many important directory websites.
